BOOKING POLICY

*All appointments require a credit card to hold your appointment.

*You MUST give at least a 24-hour cancellation or reschedule notice. All appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24-hours of their time slot will be charged 50% of their appointment. All No-Shows will be charged 100% of their missed appointment. No-Shows are assumed if more than 15-minutes late.

NEW CLIENT POLICY

*If you currently have extensions but are a new client to our studio, WELCOME! Please allow an extra 10 min for a consult when scheduling and understand that we may recommend a removal and new set. Note that we cannot guarantee our work if you have extensions from another studio.

*Upon arrival of your appointment, please make sure your face and eyes are free of any makeup. We will clean your lashes before we give you a new set, however you are much better at giving your lashes a rigorous cleaning than we are. So please, give your face a good wash!

CLEANING POLICY

*We cannot guarantee our work if your lashes are not clean. Wash your lashes before coming in for your set or fill. If you have any makeup, oil or dirt residue on your lashes (whether it can be seen or not) the extensions will not stay. The extension needs to be placed on a clean natural lash in order for it to adhere properly.

*Make sure you have NO makeup on when coming in for a new set or fills. NO face makeup, NO mascara, NO eye makeup. We will have to ask you to remove it (which cuts into your appointment time) or reschedule your appointment.

*DO clean and brush your lashes at home once a day to prevent any build up on your lash line. This debris can prevent us from giving you a proper fill and we will have to ask you to reschedule.

*Any build of oil and dead skin will sit at the base of your lashes and close the beautiful fans you have. It will suffocate your natural lashes and inhibit the growth of new lashes.

*Use an extension safe cleanser as needed to maintain the health and integrity of your natural lashes.

FILL VS. SET REQUIREMENTS

*You MUST have 50% of your extensions left at the time of your fill to be considered maintenance. If you do not, you will be asked to reschedule for a whole new set!

*Fills are required every 14-21 days (2-3 weeks). Please make sure your lashes are squeaky clean upon arrival. IF YOU EXCEED 21 DAYS, WE WILL HAVE TO SCHEDULE YOU FOR A WHOLE NEW SET! (Unless you and your technician have consulted otherwise). Simply because we will not have adequate time to fill your lashes. Too many natural lashes, too little time for application.
