*DO clean your lashes with extension safe cleanser daily.

*DO brush your lashes as needed daily.

*DO schedule your fills every 2-3 weeks.

*DONT use oil on or near your extensions. It will break down the bond of the glue.

*DONT pick, pull or rub your eyes and lashes.

*DONT wear mascara on your extensions. It will close up your fans and make it very hard to clean them.

FAQ’s

*How do I take care of my lashes?

We sell a variety of extension safe shampoos. We encourage you to use a cleanser and cleaning brush to wash your lashes once a day to ensure that they stay healthy and clean! You will have better retention and can avoid any build up of oils and dead skin that can cause infections.

*Can I wear mascara?

NO!!! Using mascara will close all the beautiful fans we placed on your natural lashes. Plus- its really hard to get all the mascara off without pulling out your extensions. And even if you manage to get most the mascara off, there is always residue at the base of the natural lash that will prevent us from being able to properly adhere a new extension.

*What is the difference between classic and volume lashes?

Classic lashes are 1:1, meaning there is one extension per individual natural lash. This gives a natural look as if you were wearing mascara. Volume lashes are 2-6:1 . We hand make fans of 2-6 lighter weight extensions and apply them to one natural lash. This gives you a much more full, dense looking set.

*Do I have to come in every 2-3 weeks, even if my lashes still look great?

YES! If you go any longer, your natural lashes will have grown out so far that we will have to remove most of them anyways to place a new extension. If your natural lash grows, the extension grows with it and can cause twisting and breakage if not replaced properly.

*What if I wear contacts?

Totally fine, just make sure you remove them before your appointment! It can be uncomfortable for your eyes to keep your contacts in during your appointment.

*Will they damage my natural lashes?

No. If they are applied properly, they will last through the life cycle of your natural lash and shed along with it. Our artists are extremely educated and will never do anything to ruin the integrity of your natural lashes.

*Can I get them wet?

Absolutely! Your lashes should be washed every day. However if you swim, sit in saunas or steam rooms, or workout like a mad woman, just be sure to wash them after to ensure the bond of the adhesive doesn’t prematurely break down.

*How long does it take and how often do I have to come in for fills?

Fills are required every 14-21 days to keep them nice and full looking! Going any longer between fills could require you to come in for a whole new set. For regular maintenance we suggest every 2 weeks. For extended maintenance we suggest every 3 weeks. Your technician will help you figure out which option is best for you!
